Can Segalà


Building for residential, commercial and parking use with four basement floors and eight above-ground floors. Following the recommendation of the geotechnical study, the perimeter foundation makes use of a slurry wall of four heights, reaching 18 metres in length, and two anchorage lines were used to stabilise it during the execution phase.
